Yes — at least one person on board must hold a valid boat licence. The person making the booking doesn’t have to be licensed, but someone in your crew does need to be your designated skipper for the day.
Short answer: yes.
Whoever is driving the boat must remain under the legal limit and capable of operating the vessel safely at all times. Think of it the same as being behind the wheel of a car — safety first, always.
Our pontoon is set up for up to 10 people. It’s the perfect size for a relaxed day out without feeling cramped.
You’ve got a beautiful stretch of the Broadwater to explore. You can cruise as far north as Tipplers and as far south as the Sundale Bridge. We’ll give you a quick rundown before you head out so you know all the best spots.
There is — and it’s private.
We’ve included an enclosed electric toilet so you can enjoy the day comfortably without cutting your trip short or making awkward shoreline dashes.
Pickup and drop-off are from Anglers Esplanade beach.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your 9:00am departure for a quick induction so you feel confident before heading out. The boat must be returned to the same location by 4:30pm on the same day.
If you’re after a different start or return time, just let us know in writing ahead of your booking. We’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can.
Pack like you’re heading out for a proper day on the water — food, drinks, sunscreen, towels and a good playlist. We’ll take care of the rest.
We keep a close eye on conditions leading up to your booking. If the weather isn’t suitable for a safe and enjoyable day, we’ll work with you to reschedule.
